1. How is my order shipped?

A3 Merchandise ships all packages exclusively via UPS or USPS. All Next Day, 2 Day Delivery orders are shipped Monday - Friday. Next Day Delivery is not available for PO Box, APO and FPO mailing addresses.

 

 

2. How long will it take to get my order?
All standard ground shipments are processed and shipped within 2 business days of receiving the order, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that orders may take longer to process during peak seasons or promotional periods.

3. Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed? 
Once an order has been placed, it enters our system immediately. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

4. US Shipping
A3 Merchandise calculates shipping costs based on published UPS rates from our main warehouse in Nashville, TN.
Any expedited shipping (UPS Next Day Air or 3 Day Select) orders placed after 1:30 PM CST will be shipped the following business day. Overnight orders placed after 1:30 PM CT on Friday and over the weekend will ship on Monday. 

5. International Shipping 
Shipping rates are calculated based on various factors, including package weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method selected. Exact shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your order. 

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees paid to us. 

Estimated shipping times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination country. While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, please understand that international shipments may experience delays due to customs processing or other factors beyond our control. 

6. What is your return policy?
All sales are FINAL. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please refer to #7 of our TOS.
 

7. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please submit a support request HERE and we will get back to you. Please note: Once your order has been delivered you have up to 30 days to submit any customer service inquiries to your order. 

8. How do I return a damaged or incorrect item?
Packing and sending your returns:
a. Return must be received in NEW condition with all original tags attached.

b. In your return please include the following information:

  • Your order confirmation number
  • Your first and last name
  • Your mailing address
  • Your phone number
  • What you are returning and why
  • How you would like us to handle your return or exchange


c. Please Note: Your return will not be processed without this information. If this information is not in your return package, we cannot track your return, therefore no refund will be processed.

d. Place the item and information in a box.

e. Please ship your return to the mailing address given below. For your protection we recommend that you use UPS or insured parcel post for your return (the customer is responsible for shipping costs). We are not responsible for any loss/damage that may occur to the items during shipment.

f. Refunds are processed to your original form of payment. Once a return has been processed, a credit card refund can take 7 -10 business days to appear on your account.
